5+ years in freight brokerage, carrier ops, or fleet mgmt
Deep knowledge of FMCSA regs, HOS exceptions, and DOT safety controls
Strong analytical skills with a TMS to optimize SLA performance
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environment building workflows from the ground up
Excellent communication and relationship-building with enterprise clients
