Freight Operations Specialist (In-Country Enablement)

📋 Description

• Manage international air, ocean, and ground shipments from origin through customs clearance
• Request and compare quotes, recommend routing based on cost and transit time, and book approved
• Coordinate cargo-ready dates, pickups, product and carton label approvals, and delivery
• Prepare and review packing lists and commercial invoices; verify consignee details, addresses
• Track shipments, keep client-facing trackers current, communicate status and delays, and resolve
• Use TMS and WMS platforms to manage bookings, shipment milestones, and warehouse receiving

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing international freight shipments end to end across multiple modes.
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs clearance
• Hands-on experience with TMS and WMS platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through; able to manage
• Analytical and proactive problem-solver who can coordinate effectively with clients, manufacturers
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field preferred
