📋 Description

• Provide customer service for multinational Consumer electronics and E-commerce companies as part of
• Talk to customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone
• Calmly troubleshoot customer issues and help them out when they need it the most
• Undergo assisted training to develop and improve skills to provide the best customer support for

🎯 Requirements

• Speak and write French at an advanced level (C1 minimum) and English at an intermediate level (B2
• Located in Tunisia or Algeria
• Interested in E-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction
• Open to working with new technologies and products
• Fast learner, take the initiative and excel at troubleshooting
• Dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence
