📋 Description

• Deliver Exceptional Member Service: Greet members and tenants with a friendly, professional
• Support Front Desk & Member Services: Assist with membership signups, cancellations, tours
• Open & Close the Fitness Center: Complete assigned opening and closing responsibilities to
• Maintain a Clean & Welcoming Environment: Support general cleaning throughout the fitness
• Support Daily Fitness Center Operations: Monitor the space throughout the shift, identify needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, or another
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming experience
• Experience working in a fitness center, gym, wellness facility, or similar environment preferred.
• Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with hands-on operational tasks, including
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned
• Must be available to work on call shifts primarily between Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
