📋 Description

  • Front Office & Reception management: greet visitors, manage calls and emails
  • Visitor management: maintain records and pass system
  • Facilities & admin: coordinate vendors, housekeeping, security, supplies
  • Meeting coordination: book rooms and arrange visitor logistics
  • Travel and onboarding support: arrange travel, accommodations, onboarding
  • Executive PA support (as needed): assist senior management calendars

🎯 Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Additional certification in Administration or Office Management (advantage)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Reception/Administration/Front Office/EA; VIP client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and local language
