Front-End Engineer (Design System)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable UI with CSS/SASS, HTML, TypeScript, React.
• Implement modern CSS custom properties for light/dark theming.
• Drive Design System adoption across multiple products and teams.
• Partner with Product Designers to turn Figma tokens into styling tokens.
• Architect robust, predictable component APIs with headless UI patterns.
• Ensure components meet WCAG AA standards and are optimized for performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years front-end dev experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• 2+ years maintaining or scaling a shared component library.
• Strong React (v17+) experience; hooks, context, and perf optimization.
• Solid knowledge of component-driven design and headless UI.
• Experience with Vite and Storybook.
• ARIA/WCAG accessibility knowledge.
