🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading engineers across distributed teams.
• Strong software engineering background to drive technical decisions and triage priorities.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent frontend projects.
• Frontend platform focus: design systems, frontend architectural improvements.
• Track record delivering user-facing frontend experiences on time, data-informed.
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Operations, Data Science.
