Monitor health/availability of Front Office trading apps
Support traders and troubleshoot production issues
Coordinate releases/deployments with development teams
Investigate and escalate incidents to minimize impact

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Finance, or related field
3+ years in application or production support
Experience in Front Office or financial markets
Support traders or business users
Unix/Linux and SQL knowledge
Bash/shell scripting is a plus
