Frontend Engineer

📋 Description

• Join one of Catawiki’s main Development Verticals: Demand, Supply or Fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android engineers, QA, UX, and Product Managers.
• Help build product innovations for Catawiki’s apps and web app.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality frontend experiences on top of scalable microservices.
• Work with a Tech Lead Manager to create beautiful, adaptable web frontends.
• Focus on shipping meaningful improvements for buyers, sellers, and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong foundations in HTML, CSS, HTTP/S, rendering, CORS, caching, and CDNs
• Modern frontend tech: ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, CSS Modules, Tailwind; experience with Rails is a plus
• Product-focused collaboration in autonomous, cross-functional teams
• Ownership of production: design, deploy, monitor, and maintain applications
• Quality-minded with attention to accessibility, security, performance, testing, observability
