• Own and evolve our marketing site — the CMS, the component library, the frontend architecture, and
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing to build and maintain customer-facing web experiences
• Partner with Design, Marketing, and Publishing to keep our content publishing pipeline smooth
• Build and maintain lightweight integrations and tooling
• Obsess over performance and user experience
• Develop and maintain our Web Design System and component libraries

• Built and maintained a performant, production marketing site
• Set up or significantly evolved a CMS for a non-technical team
• Care about code quality and reliability, write tests, sweat edge cases
• Diagnosed and fixed real performance bottlenecks on a public-facing site
• Ready to take charge end-to-end
• Worked closely with non-engineering teams
