🎯 Requirements

• Must have: Proven frontend prod apps with TS and React.
• Must have: Node.js backend ownership for frontend infra.
• Must have: Strong frontend build tools, bundlers, modules; evolve them.
• Must have: Diagnose/resolve perf, reliability, or DX issues in large frontends.
• Must have: Drive technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Must have: Strong communication; platform-minded collaboration.
• Must have: Documentation skills; RFCs/ADRs experience.
• Nice to have: Micro-frontends architecture experience.
• Nice to have: Frontend platform engineering experience.
• Nice to have: Shared component libraries for multiple product teams.
• Nice to have: Hands-on CI/CD, deployment, and cloud infra for frontend workloads.
