🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of frontend-focused software engineering.
• Leads engineering teams with people management and workload planning.
• Advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, build tools, and version control.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, state mgmt, and component-based architecture.
• Led large frontend migrations, including SSR and modern frameworks.
• Web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Experience with large-scale, high-traffic MarTech/e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools; exposure to backend, cloud, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership in distributed teams.
