🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• Experience leading engineering teams (people mgmt, mentoring, planning)
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, build tools, and Git
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, state mgmt, and component architecture
• Led large-scale frontend migrations including SSR
• Web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals
