🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience with frontend focus.
• Experience leading engineering teams, including people management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, modern CSS, frontend build tools, and version control.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and state management; component-based architecture.
• Proven expertise leading large-scale frontend migrations, including server-side rendering.
• Solid background in web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
