• Lead and support a cross-functional engineering team while maintaining a hands-on approach to

• Architect and oversee frontend-backend integrations and enterprise data workflows.
• Establish engineering best practices, including lifecycle standards, code quality, automated
• Promote AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and delivery speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth
• Hands-on frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Deep architectural knowledge of full-stack ecosystems (Kotlin/Java, AWS, React, TypeScript).
• Experience designing scalable systems with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, feature flags, and data-driven
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar.
