Frontier Data Lead

📋 Description

• Be the proactive point of contact for every account, so no client has to ask 'what's the status?'
• Send regular updates on progress, volumes, quality, blockers, and milestones
• Flag risks, delays, and scope changes early, with a proposed path forward
• Run client check-ins covering delivery and what's next, and capture decisions and action items
• Understand each partner's research goals, model roadmap, and data priorities, and keep that view
• Map and build relationships across each partner's organization, beyond day-to-day contacts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, program management, account management, or client operations, ideally
• Excellent written communication and comfort being the face of delivery, including delivering hard
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple accounts
• A consultative, curious approach and a track record of expanding client relationships
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences, in both directions
• Experience working closely with an executive and making decisions with incomplete information
