• Independently make fuel purchasing and delivery decisions within established guidelines, ensuring
• Monitor fuel tank levels, consumption patterns, and average daily usage to determine optimal
• Monitor market conditions and adjust purchasing and delivery timing when appropriate to balance
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee fuel deliveries to customer locations, maintaining strong working
• Respond to customer inquiries, calls, emails, and service requests promptly and professionally

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, logistics
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work confidently across multiple software
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when handling fuel inventory
