🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing B2B and B2C fulfillment operations in fast-paced environments
• Proven background managing 3PLs, warehouse partners, carriers, and customs brokers
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving, warehouse processes, and cycle counting
• Familiarity with Mexican customs, import/export regulations, and cross-border logistics
• Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, vendor scorecards, and drive SLA/SLI improvements
