Fulfillment Buyer - Temporary

📋 Description

• Review purchase requests and issue purchase orders in a timely manner without error
• Ensure purchase orders are acknowledged by suppliers
• Review quotes to ensure those are complete and align with SpaceX terms
• Resolve invoice issues and ensure that vendors are paid on time
• Expedite parts/services as necessary
• Act as customer service for SpaceX internal customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; or 4+ years of professional experience working in a supply chain, production, or
• Purchasing experience related to indirect buying
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• This position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
