Fulfillment Center General Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations for safe, efficient execution
• Lead managers and supervisors to meet safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and service targets
• Implement policies, develop labor/production plans, monitor KPIs, drive CI
• Report to VP of Fulfillment; liaison between leadership and center operations
• Provide hands-on oversight of outbound/inbound fulfillment and staffing plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain/ops with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience in retail/e-commerce supply chain optimization
• Strong procurement, logistics, inventory management knowledge
• Proven leadership of large teams and high-volume environments
• WMS or ERP systems experience; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to drive performance improvements
