Fulfillment Center Lead

📋 Description

• Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, and create
• Track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report
• Perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and
• Expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to
• Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term

🎯 Requirements

• Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
• Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents
• Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
