Fulfillment Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own expert fulfillment and matching, connecting qualified experts with projects based on skills
• Drive expert activation from initial matching through kickoff, guidelines, first assignments, and
• Own expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention, developing policies, systems, SOPs, and follow-up
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, background verification
• Manage relationships and operational workflows involving software platforms, background-check

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in fulfillment, delivery operations, contractor or expert onboarding
• Proven ability to manage meaningful operational volume, with experience tracking throughput
• Experience owning an NPS, CSAT, retention, customer success, expert success, or comparable
• Strong operational rigor, with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs
• High ownership and independence, with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, execute
• Experience in delivery operations, program operations, business operations, Chief of Staff
