Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead Fulfillment, Packout, and Outbound Logistics teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Supervise Fulfillment Associates, Outbound Analysts, and Packout Leads; provide coaching and development.
• Partner with Production Planning to prioritize shipments and meet customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate daily fulfillment activities to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.
• Manage finished goods inventory accuracy and packaging materials to prevent interruptions.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments ensuring export regulations and ITAR compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years leading warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing ops.
• Experience supervising hourly employees in fast-paced production/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and transportation ops.
• Working knowledge of dangerous goods shipping regs (IATA, IMDG, DOT) and export compliance incl ITAR.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs and transportation carriers.
