Fulfillment Process Specialist (Pharmacy)

📋 Description

• Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings
• Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of technician and
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and performance in fulfillment operations.
• Coach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps and opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all fulfillment roles and function as a catalyst for change.
• Review and assist in updating SOPs as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Active pharmacy technician license or registration in good standing, or ability to obtain it.
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician, ideally in a high-volume fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy processes, protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
