📋 Description

• Resolve inventory, storage, and order exceptions quickly using scanner and system.
• Document recurring issues and gaps; partner to drive long-term improvements.
• Proactively improve order accuracy, inventory integrity, and product quality.
• Collaborate with FC Ops, ICQA, Receiving, and Platform Services to improve operations.
• Balance quick fixes with proactive inspections to reduce repeats and boost performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Warehouse floor experience in a FC/DC/3PL with strong warehouse ops.
• WMS scanners for inventory adjustments; Power cert (30 days).
• Prioritize daily queue, make decisions without supervision, own issues.
• Identify issues early; communicate fixes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Experience with ICQA, cycle counts, inbound receiving, and AI tools like Claude.
