Fulfillment Specialist

📋 Description

• Support post-order fulfillment of hardware and software, including shipment scheduling, carrier
• Process and deliver software license orders, including generating and sending license keys or
• Execute hardware shipments and license deliveries accurately and on time in line with service level
• Identify and troubleshoot routine fulfillment issues and escalate complex issues to senior team
• Track and report on fulfillment metrics such as on-time shipment, backlog, and exceptions
• Coordinate with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to keep shipment activity

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems preferred; exposure to software licensing or
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
