Fulfillment Specialist (Canada)

📋 Description

• Pick, pack, ship, and close Vision and Trios outbound kits to standard cycle times; execute ITX and
• Inspect every outbound kit against the configuration-specific SOP; execute Computer QC and imaging
• Inspect returned assets and determine the appropriate path. Execute Wrap Fix on returned scanners
• Receive inbound POs and route inventory to the correct locations; restock pick locations to
• Identify fulfillment inefficiencies and surface ideas that improve safety, speed, or accuracy.
• Communicate clearly across functional areas, especially between prep and live fulfillment workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work full-time in the office Monday–Friday.
• 2+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience solving operational problems, exercising good judgment, and communicating effectively
• Strong personal accountability, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to take
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and quality standards while working to cycle-time and service-level
• Strong safety mindset, including following protocols, reporting hazards, and maintaining a clean
