Fulfillment Team Lead

📋 Description

• Ensure all associates are equipped to work productively and follow recommended best practices
• Conduct job observations and provide training and feedback to associates
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy within the department
• Ensure sufficient workflow by communicating with Supervisors and other Team Leads
• Assign tasks for daily goals and suggest staffing adjustments to Supervisors
• Ensure paperwork is completed correctly and procedures are followed
