Fulfilment Executive

📋 Description

• Hand-deliver diamonds to local customers when needed
• Collect diamonds/jewellery from suppliers, perform quality checks
• Perform jewellery QC: verify weight, size, finish, and settings
• Create shipments in the Nivoda platform; send labels to suppliers
• Receive consolidated shipments; follow up with carriers on delays
• Support daily operations of the Hong Kong office

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of diamond/jewellery QC experience
• Inventory management experience for high-value products
• Strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship standards, stone setting, and QC defects
• Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS
• Strong attention to detail
• High honesty, professionalism, and integrity
