Fulfilment Executive - Logistic

📋 Description

• Coordinate inbound international shipments to India and ROW, including returns.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate pickup, transport, and delivery with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain import documentation for customs clearance.
• Liaise with APAC/EMEA/US offices to align shipments.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in international logistics, import operations, or customs coordination.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and import documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance processes carefully.
• Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional and cross-country teams (APAC, EMEA, US).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to resolve issues independently.
