Fulfilment Lead Operator - Twilight shift (6pm-12am)

📋 Description

• Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
• Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of
• Assist the Team Leader by monitoring & improving your teams performance in order to achieve
• Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures by maintaining a tidy and hygienic
• Point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
• Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
• Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
• Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)
• Hard-working & diligent with a hunger to learn
• Flexible, pragmatic, resilient & humble
• Committed to food quality & safety
