Full-Charge Bookkeeper

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, journal entries, and
• Bank and credit card reconciliations; month-end close activities.
• Oversee inventory accounting: tracking materials, finished goods, cost allocations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide insights to leadership.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support objectives.
• Record payroll-related journal entries in coordination with external payroll processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in manufacturing/inventory-driven environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online; QBO certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles (FIFO/LIFO), reconciliations, and cost
• Experience managing financial reporting, month-end close procedures, and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and the link between inventory management and accounting
• Experience with job costing, cost accounting, ERP systems, or accounting software integrations is
