📋 Description

• Lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and be the first
• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities accordingly to ensure account
• Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence, acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring
• Partner with and utilize AGS internal COEs and shared services groups to navigate client needs.
• Effectively manage stakeholders to prevent escalations where possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews for a variety of roles.
• Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs.
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the
• Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into results or action items.
• Ability to influence without authority.
