Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing
Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities to meet account KPIs
Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers
Partner with AGS internal COEs and shared services groups to navigate client needs
Manage stakeholders to prevent escalations
Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing industry or Corporate HR
Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews for various roles
Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs
Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of
Strong understanding of analytics, ability to translate data into results or action items
Ability to influence without authority
