Lead the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities to fulfill open vacancies and ensure
Advise on recruitment trends to influence hiring decisions.
Monitor and analyze recruitment activity to forecast volume.
Provide professional feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders with white-glove service.

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in English and Dutch
Prior end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing
Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
Experience using an ATS
Effective communication with all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
