📋 Description

• Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery to fulfil open roles while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Providing market insights and recruitment trends to inform and influence hiring decisions
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity to support accurate volume forecasting within your
• Delivering timely, transparent, and professional communication and feedback to candidates in line
• Building and managing strong stakeholder relationships while delivering a high-touch, 'white glove'

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English and in Lithuanian
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry
• Experience in life science industry is an advantage
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders, at different stages of the
• Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
