🎯 Requirements

Proficient in English
Prior end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing
Pharma/biotech industry experience is an advantage
Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
Strong knowledge of technology: ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
