Full Stack AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML for ITSM triage and routing
• Develop NLP models for ticket summarization and root-cause detection
• Create AI-powered agents to assist support engineers and users
• Automate resolution workflows with scalable runbooks and automation
• Integrate AI with ITSM HALO platform
• Build APIs and event-driven automations across monitoring and ITSM tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Full Stack, Platform, or AI Engineer with ownership of production systems
• Strong JS/TS skills with React, Next.js, or equivalent
• Backend development with Python, Java, or Node.js and secure APIs
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production
• Strong experience in Python and/or Java for backend and ML development
• NLP/LLM/GenAI experience (transformers, embeddings, RAG, prompts)
