Track progress against the plan; flag risks or delays early.
Run cross-discipline coordination meetings and follow up on actions.
Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and status reporting.
Escalate significant issues with context and options to the Project Delivery Manager.
Support readiness planning and onboarding of new team members.

🎯 Requirements

Experience coordinating delivery on data centre or complex capital projects
Strong organisational skills; able to track multiple workstreams in parallel
Clear communication; keep multiple stakeholders aligned
Good judgement on when to resolve issues directly versus escalate
Willingness to be based on-site as required by the project
Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting practices
