📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks (bugs/features/refactoring)
• Write clear specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration tests
• Review peer tasks for correctness and realism
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specs, code, outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English writing proficiency
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit)
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and migrations
