📋 Description

• Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes, features, and testing
• Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional English written proficiency
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
