📋 Description

• Design and build the interfaces business teams use to configure agents, review their work, approve
• Build observability and evaluation tooling that makes agent behavior legible — where it succeeded
• Work across the stack, from React and TypeScript through service code and data models, owning
• Partner directly with the business teams who use what you build; translate ambiguous operational
• Own the full lifecycle of your work, including monitoring and post-launch improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, including complex application state and
• Solid backend engineering ability. We use Go, PHP, and Python, and we expect strong engineers to
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores (Postgres, DynamoDB, or similar).
• Real product judgment: you can look at a workflow, decide what to build, and say what to cut.
• Interest in the problems that come with non-deterministic systems — uncertainty, partial failure
