Making voice cloning and fine-tuning pipelines reliable through monitoring, retries and failure
Building voice creation, verification and recommendation capabilities
Owning workstreams from design to production, including frontend changes where needed

🎯 Requirements

Strong backend engineering experience building and scaling high-traffic production systems
Strong system design and database fundamentals, including data modelling, concurrency, migrations
Experience operating production services, with strong debugging, monitoring and failure recovery
Independent ownership, clear communication and the drive to ship quickly, with confidence working
