📋 Description

• Own problems, not tickets; push back when needed, move fast when warranted.
• Build and maintain back-end services in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic), reliability-focused.
• Design and automate workflows: document processing, email handling, API integrations, OCR.
• Build front-end interfaces: dashboards, internal tools, chat experiences (React).
• Own end-to-end deployment and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas) or Node.js + JS/TS (React/Next); shipped real products.
• Comfortable owning both front-end and back-end end-to-end.
• Experience with deployment, infrastructure, and monitoring.
• Strong product instinct: focus on users and outcomes.
• Intellectual honesty; push back on bad ideas; solve the right problem simply.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and ship solutions without handholding.
