📋 Description

• Agent workspace: Tools agents use to view member context, manage cases, and act.
• Member context and case data: Surface member info to agents at the right moment.
• Access controls and safety: Permissions and guardrails for agent actions.
• Integrations: Connect agent tooling with other Chime systems.
• Observability: Logging, monitoring, and dashboards to catch issues.
• Compensation: Base salary starts at $117k up to $162k; bonus and equity.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of software development experience or equivalent via internships/projects.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or a comparable web framework, or eagerness to learn it.
• Familiarity with working against a database.
• An appreciation for maintainable, well-tested code.
• A strong desire to learn and to dig into how things actually work.
• Curiosity about the people who use what you build.
