5+ years software engineering in production
Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and modern React
Experience with vector/search platforms (Vertex AI Search, Elasticsearch, Pinecone)
Document parsing or automated document workflows
Cloud fundamentals, secure data handling (GCP preferred)
Ability to work business hours in Central/Mountain/Eastern time
