Full Stack Product Engineer – B2B Marketing & Lead Management (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own features end to end across the B2B lead lifecycle, from generating leads to scoring and
• Build with AI coding agents such as Claude Code; write code and tests via agents while directing
• Build on production AI infrastructure (LLM gateway and managed agent platform) to put AI into lead
• Run what you build: pipelines, deployments, observability, security (DevSecOps by default)
• Wire lead flow into platforms like Salesforce, Google, LinkedIn
• Solve problems full-stack with backend services, React frontends, or Python scoring models

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping and operating production backend services and data pipelines with Java/Go
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses; understanding of event tracking and web analytics (e.g.
• Experience using coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) in daily workflow, directing and critically
• Ownership mindset: build, deploy, observe own services; treat security, testing, monitoring as part
• Speed: capable of shipping small working versions quickly and iterating without quality slippage
• Curiosity: drive to understand lead-to-customer conversion and which numbers matter; work with
