• Collaborate with global engineering team to design, build, and maintain backend systems for

• Work closely with founders and tech leads to understand user needs, prioritize features, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 university or equivalent experience at a top-tier technology
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python backend or full-stack engineer, ideally in
• Proven track record building production-grade systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience working with high-throughput APIs, document processing pipelines, and cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for writing clear technical specs
