Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build across the stack: frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI.
• Own features end-to-end from MVP to production with Design and Ops.
• Shape the roadmap in a small team; your input changes what gets built.
• Build tools for Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management.
• Set the engineering bar: establish processes, standards, and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience; must be excited to work in-person 5 days/week.
• Full-Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS.
• AI-forward: comfortable building with AI tools and agents.
• Collaborative: work with Product, Design, and non-technical teams.
• Bias to Action: ship and iterate rather than wait for a perfect spec.
• Metrics-driven: data-informed decisions and clear communication.
