Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote, US West Timezone Overlap)

📋 Description

• Scope ambiguous customer asks; prototype quickly and iterate to stable deployments.
• Engage with customers with Forward Deployed Product Manager to understand needs.
• Productize repeatable solutions into scalable modules for accounting, e-commerce, logistics.
• Build and ship production-grade features across our stack—from front-end UIs to backend APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Work with the founding team to shape engineering standards, developer experience, and platform architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping full-stack web apps in production.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React is a plus.
• Strong data modeling, API design, and reliability at scale.
• Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs across accounting, commerce, or logistics.
• Pragmatic engineer with bias toward outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; decompose fuzzy asks, prioritize, and ship without full specs.
• Enjoy working with customers to turn pain points into maintainable software.
